The Only Exercise I Get is Walking to the Liquor Store and Back is a short musical comedy about alcoholism and depression. The film centers on Jeff, a struggling musician and the various people that make up his community and environment. Jeff attempts to woo the alluring Allison, enlighten the masses and more than occasionally drink something French. To his dismay his ex-girlfriend Gwen has become successful and independent since their apparent separation. Having found herself, Gwen seeks to save Jeff as well, or at least, launch a revolutionary website.
